Our Services
From the moment someone asks for help to the day they stand on their own, Pivot Point provides consistent, coordinated care across every stage of recovery.
Evidence-based treatment addressing substance use disorders, trauma, and co-occurring mental health needs. Our clinical approach integrates best practices with peer-informed care, ensuring that individuals receive professional support grounded in compassion and real-world understanding.
Recovery coaching, group support, and leadership pathways led by Certified Peer Recovery Specialists with lived experience. Peer support increases engagement, reduces isolation, and helps individuals remain connected to care during critical periods of change. Through mentoring and group programming, participants gain practical guidance from people who understand their journey firsthand.
Connecting individuals to housing, employment, education, and community resources. Recovery does not occur in isolation — our navigators address the full spectrum of needs that influence success, helping participants build the stability and support systems required for lasting change.
Justice-involved individuals face particularly high risks during reentry. Without coordinated support, many return to the same conditions that contributed to prior substance use and legal involvement. Pivot Point intervenes at this critical moment with recovery-oriented reentry planning, peer mentorship, and ongoing support that promotes stability, accountability, and court compliance.
Addiction affects entire families and communities. We work to strengthen understanding, build recovery-friendly networks, and reduce stigma across Loudoun County. When recovery is visible and supported, communities become safer, healthier, and more resilient for everyone.

Our Approach
Peer-led recovery support is the cornerstone of Pivot Point's model. Individuals with lived experience bring credibility, empathy, and hope that are uniquely powerful in recovery settings.
This model strengthens accountability, builds recovery capital, and reinforces the belief that lasting recovery is achievable. Our peer-led approach complements clinical services by grounding care in real-world experience, fostering trust, and building a culture of mutual support and belonging.
